Hi girls

We talk a lot school about being KIND to people. Do you talk about being kind at your school?  Today we had to write letters to everyone in the class and we had to say one kind thing about them.  So for Kate I wrote: “Dear Kate.  I love how you always listen to me”.

In one sentence, write a note to one of your friends and say why you like them.  Our favourites will get one of the new FC magnets for their fridge!  Due by the end of today.

Finally we all got to sit around the big old tree at lunch yesterday to vote for some winners of 2 recent comps.  Kate pulled out all of the entries of the Queen’s Clover and the Shop Photo from her bag and even some of our teachers and other friends came to have a look.  There were a lot of very impressed faces.

First to the Queen’s Clover Competition.

The winner was Annabelle.  We just love all the cute crowns on our heads!

And the runner up was Ellen.  That must have taken you ages Ellen.

Are you all having the best day away from school?  I had the best fun with my Aunty in the mountains this weekend because it snowed!  Well, it didn’t snow, but the snow machines made snow and so me my brother Archie and Matilda had the best time tobogganing and making snow men.  It was freezing at the snow and I have just got home to a very cold house too.  Brrrrr.  Mum is  making warm soup for dinner.  Did you have a fun long weekend?  What did you do?

Hi friends

You will start to find FC swap cards in shops around the Melbourne CBD over the weekend and from Wednesday next week!  Yeah!

As well as the Queen’s Birthday competition, don’t forget to snap a photo if you find a box of FC swap cards in a shop.  You can be in the photo or you can just take the photo of the box of cards or a packet at the shop….but you need to tell us where you took the photo.
